As an Instructional Designer and eLearning developer, I understand that each project is unique, and I approach every challenge with a fresh perspective. I work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop customized solutions that meet their specific needs and goals through the power of collaboration. 

I am a proponent of not only thinking outside the box but standing on top of the box! Disrupt the status quo and embrace new, innovative and engaging ideas.

Needs Analysis: Identify learning needs, goals, target audience, specific learning outcomes that need to be achieved, stakeholders and subject matter experts 

Design: Define learning objectives, determine best methods and techniques for delivering the content, create a design document, and storyboard

Develop: Create protype (including interactive elements) and review for quality assurance 

Implementation: Launch course via Learning Management System or delivery platform 

Evaluation: Gather feedback to revise and update the course for continuous improvement
